The two-day conference, will include various educational programs and networking opportunities for all our members. Typical attendance at the Long Island Conference is 100-125 + members, from Towns, Counties, Cities, and School Districts across Long Island and New York State.
An important part of our conferences is the Vendor Expo, which will be held on November 19th from 8:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. We are adding more time for the attendees to network with the vendors! Buyers, managers and decision-makers will be in attendance seeking new resources, new ways to reduce costs, and develop a relationship with suppliers they can rely on. This Expo gives vendors the opportunity to showcase their products and services and make valuable contacts with public procurement representatives. Unlike many conferences, vendors are not placed “in another room out of sight” – before and after the expo all vendors are invited to join our members for breakfast and lunch on the day of exhibition.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by Exhibitor shall result in an assessment covering the reassignment of space and other damages related to cancellation, according to the following schedule: Through October 18, 2024 there will be no cancellation fee of total booth rental fee; after October 18, 2024 – November 6, 2024 there will be a 50% cancellation of total booth rental fee; and anytime after November 6, 2024, exhibitor will be responsible for 100% of the total rental booth fee. SAMPO must receive written notification of the cancellation. The date the cancellation notice is received by SAMPO will determine the above assessment charges. In the event of cancellation of space by an exhibitor, SAMPO reserves the right to reassign canceled booth space, regardless of the cancellation assessment. Subsequent reassignment of canceled space does not relieve the canceling exhibitor of the obligation to pay the cancellation. Appropriate payment must be received within 15 days of cancellation.
Force Majeure: Exhibitor shall not be held responsible for any cancellation due to acts of public enemies, strikes, fires, floods, acts of God, epidemics, pandemics, government orders, or any other acts not within the control of the Exhibitor which result in Exhibitor cancelling the conference. SAMPO will provide a refund or apply funds to a future conference, as agreed by SAMPO and the Exhibitor. In the event SAMPO does not cancel the conference due to the Force Majeure event, the SAMPO Board will determine if any cancellation fees apply.
Set up November 18th from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Breakdown any time Tuesday after 3:45 p.m. Electricity for your booth is $65. The tables are 8’ by 30” with approximately 4’ between tables. They are supplied with 2 chairs. The total booth size is approximately 12’ x 7’. You must adhere to these dimensions so no oversized floor or table displays. If your display goes outside these dimensions, you will be asked to remove it. Select your top three booth choices based on your level.

- Platinum Sponsorship Booth - SOLD OUT - $ 1,950 – Premier location, 5 minutes of talk time at the SAMPO lunch, thumb drive with all SAMPO members and printout of all attendees at the conference. Includes two booth representatives.
- Gold Sponsorship Booth - SOLD OUT - $1,200 – Prime location, 2 minutes of talk time at the SAMPO lunch, email list of all attendees at the conference and printout of all attendees at the conference. Includes two booth representatives. Booth #1 is a Gold.
- Standard Booths -Two Left - $900 – Great location, printout of all attendees at the conference. Includes two booth representatives.
